Shipping Times: For metro areas on the east coast of Australia please allow 1 - 3 days for delivery. Most orders will be despatched same day. The following is only a guide: 1-2 days: South East Qld, Sydney, Newcastle, Melbourne 2-3 days: Regional Qld, NSW & Vic 3-5 days: S.A, N.T & W.A Shipping Rates: Qld - $9 NSW - $11 Vic & SA- $13 WA, Tas & NT- $15 Returns: We only accept returns for faulty goods and in such cases offer a credit for use on other products. Please chosse your products carefully. If a product you order is not to your liking or not suitable anymore, we are unable to accept it as a return for credit. Please note: We use Paymate for all credit card transactions. If you have never used a site with this facility when going thru the checkout process you are taken to the paymate site, don't worry this is part of the process and the site is fully secured with 128 bit encryption, meaning your details are very very safe. It is also the fastest way to receive your goods as credit card orders can all normally be shipped same day where as money orders / cheques and direct deposits need to be cleared first.
